Coop's First Turkey Day

We had a very festive, food-filled Thanksgiving thanks to our lovely friends, Eric and Karen, and their beautiful kids, Sierra and Taran. Coop had a great time; he loved hanging out with the kids, had lots of smiles for Eric across the table, and ate a record amount of apple sauce. Eric and Karen prepared a gourmet feast including an appetizer of a goat cheese and sun-dried tomato terrine, Cauliflower soup (Mmmmmmm), and of course Turkey with all the fixin's. Mel made a spinach tofu casserole and yummy pumpkin cupcakes. Everything was DELICIOUS.

And as you can see, we were treated to a spectacular show of Sierra's gravity-defying skills. Next week, she is off to Vegas for her debut in Cirque De Soleil!!
